DAWID PODSIADŁO Lata Dwudzieste LP

Small-town Dawid once again conquers the charts. This time we are entering the "Twenties" with him. The sound of this album was created by Dawid together with Jakub Galiński, who is also a member of Dawid's band. This album is a kind of collection of thoughts and observations of Mr. Podsiadło. Dawid, as a person in his early 30s, is preparing for a kind of summary of his life so far. He "settles" with his ideas about his life and what his adulthood will look like. All this is to be dressed in hit, almost danceable sounds. When we start the singles promoting the release, it's easy to understand what's going on. Podsiadło plays with elements of modern disco and reaches for contemporary pop. Personally, I "miss" the atmosphere of "Annoyance and Disappointment" the most, but being an artist is not copying, but searching. Anyway, the whole project looks very "tasty", but even if it were otherwise, this album is still doomed to success. Dawid has proven over the years that he is one of the best and most popular performers in our country. Full stadiums and full concert halls prove that people want to listen to him and appreciate his talent. "The Twenties" is one of the hottest Polish titles this year, and the tour promoting the publishing house will probably be a great success. Well, it turns out that despite some changes, we are still dealing with the classic Mr. Podsiadło.
