Golden Earring istnieje od 1961 roku, a obecny skład obejmuje dwóch założycieli, George'a Kooymansa (wokal i gitara) i Rinusa Gerritsena (bas, klawiatura) oraz Barry'ego Haya (wokal, gitara, flet i saksofon), członka od 1968 roku i Cesar Zuiderwijk (perkusja) członek od 1970 roku. Mieli ponad 40 hitów i 30 albumów, z których wiele osiągnęło status złotego lub platynowego albumu w swoim kraju, Holandii. Są najbardziej znani z przebojowego singla z 1973 r. „Radar Love” i singla „Twilight Zone” z 1982 roku.

Około 1992 r.
