Venom, czyli ikona metalu, protoplaści blacku, żywa legenda i totalny kult. Niestety nie ominął ich motyw "ale który / która (tutaj nazwa zespołu) teraz gra". Mamy dziś dwa Venomy - ten Cronosa i ten Mantasa, czyli Venom Inc. Szczerze, to w przypadku takich telenowel tracę zainteresowanie daną kapelą, bo czy wyobrażacie sobie np. Slayera dowodzonego przez Kinga i Araye i jednocześnie działającego Lombardo pod nazwą np. Slayer In The Abyss? Nie bardzo... Muzycy wspomnianego bandu też swoje za uszami mają, ale nie do tego stopnia, aby odstawiać taki kabaret, przynajmniej tak mi się wydaje. No, ale bywa, że i świat punka / metalu też często zamienia się w skecz Monthy Pythona. Niestety... Który Venom wydaje "Sons Of Satan"? Najlepszy, czyli pierwszy i oryginalny, kiedy to Cronos, Mantas i Abaddon byli małolatami, którzy chcą grać szybko i bezkompromisowo. Ten album to zbiór demówek z lat 1979 - 1983, czyli z momentu, kiedy tworzyli historię, która zmieniła tzw. ciężką muzykę na zawsze. Fani wczesnego wcielenia kapeli i miłośnicy metalu będą zachwyceni w 100%.
